At Novora, we take pride in offering premium-quality fashion accessories crafted with care and attention to detail. Every product goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if you face any issue during delivery, please review our policy below.

🚚 Delivery Information

Same Day Delivery (Dhaka City) :

• Same Day Delivery (Only For Dhaka Metro, Saturday to Thursday, Order Time-8 PM to 11:30 AM)
  Note: Pre Delivery Charge Applicable*

• Delivery Charge: ৳120

Regular Delivery (Dhaka City) :

• Delivery Time: 48 to 72 hours

• Delivery Charge: ৳60

Outside Dhaka Delivery :

• Delivery Time: 72 to 96 hours

• Delivery Charge: ৳110

1. Product Inspection at Delivery

To ensure transparency and satisfaction:

• Please check your product in front of the delivery person before making payment.
• If you find the product damaged, defective, or incorrect,please contact us immediately, before you pay cash to the deliveryman / In-front of deliveryman. 
• Once the delivery is completed and the delivery agent leaves, no return or exchange request will be accepted.

This policy helps us maintain product authenticity and ensures that customers always receive items in perfect condition.

2. Eligible Return/Exchange Conditions

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
• The issue is reported immediately before completing payment to the delivery person.

If the product passes inspection and payment is made, the sale is considered final.

3. Ineligible Return Reasons

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
• The product is no longer needed or wanted.
• The claim is made after the delivery agent has left.
• The item was purchased during a discount or promotional offer.
• The product shows signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage.

4. Exchange & Replacement

If the product qualifies for return during delivery:

• You may request a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
• In this case,the customer has to be responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Refund Method

For eligible returns:

• Refunds for online payments will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
